The hotel is in quiet area, rather close to historical sights and huge shopping places: mall Euroma 2 and shopping village, cappuccino is absolutely scrumptious, they have lactose free milk for coffee, our room for 3 was big enough and clean, there is a free parking area for those who rented a car like us, the only thing we didn’t really like is the lobby of this hotel, it is to small and lights are too dim.

Good-sized room, generally clean but not spotless (found a few hairs). No kettle, only a soap bar (no hand gel), and plugs are European two‑pin. Shower design wasn’t great—the lever to switch to the shower head kept slipping. TV is a smart TV but built‑in apps are disabled; iPhone screen mirroring doesn’t work, you’d need a Samsung. Staff were polite and professional. Shuttle is handy from the station (5 mins, short wait) but not an airport transfer, which should be made clearer. Overall comfortable stay, but small improvements could make it much better.

Struttura davvero fantastica, personale gentilissimo e disponibile per farci il check-in tardi visto che il nostro volo aveva ritardato! Camere davvero molto belle e pulite, e fornite di tutti gli accessori! Ci ritorneremo assolutamente

N'hésitez pas à louer une chambre dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles. Cela les reflète tout à fait. Que ce soit Au niveau propreté, petit déjeuner, services, gentillesse et serviabilité. Même si l'hôtel est un petit peu éloigné du centre de Rome, les commodités sont accessibles. Bus métro. Et une navette de l'hôtel vous amène au métro B. .

We can definitely recommend this hotel. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. We made use of the free shuttle to the metro station which made access to the city centre very straight forward. We were also able to recharge our car free of charge! Comfy beds, generously sized family room and ensuite and good breakfast selection rounded the stay off perfectly.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Since it was my first time in Rome, I truly appreciated the assistance I received from the receptionists, both during the day and at night. Their hospitality made my stay much more enjoyable. 酒店房間非常乾淨整潔，樓頂的花園餐廳非常不錯，晚上上去就餐非常有情調，氛圍很好。 早餐自助餐也很好，吃到了炒飯，和甜甜的西瓜。 就是房間裡的書桌有點太低，如果有太多文字工作的話，不是特別方便，希望改進。
